All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Tent Installation:

Tents include set-up and dismantle on grass. Additional charges will apply if set-up is required on asphalt, concrete or when cement blocks are required. We recommend in all possible circumstances that tent stakes be used to properly secure the tent for your safety and the integrity of the installation. Additional equipment may be required for certain installs, please call for quote.

Site Preparation:

Please be sure your site is ready (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles out of the way, etc.) and clear of debris before crew arrives, if area is not ready for crew upon arrival additional charges will apply.

Underground Utilities:

Tents & Events will be contacting Diggers Hotline prior to the installation of a tent to be certain the location is free of any and all underground electrical, gas, phone, television, water and sewer lines. This does not include private lines such as irrigation.  In the event that a site is not marked or is marked unclearly, our staff has the right to postpone installation. Underground gas and electric lines pose a threat to our staff and customers. Safety is a number one priority for our installation team.


RENTER is responsible for obtaining any and all permits or licenses that may be required for the Tent rental.

Truck Access:

Our equipment is very heavy, and installations are time consuming. Therefore, our trucks must have access to within 25 feet of the delivery and installation site. If this is not possible, we must be notified in advance.


Plain white sidewalls are included with tent rentals. Sidewalls are installed by RENTER at RENTERS’ discretion unless otherwise requested by RENTER at which time additional charges will apply. Cathedral Windowed sidewalls are available at an additional rate; please see rental items for prices.


Delivery is to a mutually agreeable location at ground level with truck access within 25 feet of delivery and installation site. Additional charges will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery locations, and excessive distance (more than 25ft.) for loading and unloading trucks. Delivery/pickup fees quoted may change after site inspection. All tent prices listed include installation and take down fees; however, mileage fees, travel fees and specialty installations are additional. Please call our office for an exact rate. Larger orders requiring more than one truck will be subject to additional fees. Responsibility for equipment remains with the RENTER from the time of delivery to the time of pickup.

Delivery/Pick up without tent rental is additional charges. Mileage will be calculated pending location and crew required.

After Hours Delivery & Pickup:

Deliveries and Pickups can be scheduled anytime outside of our regular business hours. Pricing for this service, begins @ $25 and can increase based on location, time, and size of order.

Setup & Takedown of Tables and Chairs:

Upon delivery and pickup, our Tent & Event manger and/or Tent Crew can setup & knockdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for this service is $1/chair and $2/table. This service must be arranged for prior to the day of delivery so that our schedule for the day allows for the appropriate time and equipment for the setup/takedown.

Deposits and Payments:

All rentals require a 50% deposit and signed contract. This deposit is nonrefundable IF canceled within 14 days of scheduled delivery/set up date. All items scheduled for delivery/set up must be paid in full at least 7 days in advance of the rental delivery/set up date. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Cash, Personal Check or Money orders. Please be aware that when paying with a credit/debit card there is a processing fee associated with these types of transactions. This charge would be added to your rental agreement upon receipt of credit/debit card payment.


We recommend that orders be placed early to guarantee availability. Orders can be placed over the phone or in person. We require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your order. Quotes and proposals DO NOT guarantee the availability of rental equipment. Equipment will be reserved only upon receipt of a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and a 50% deposit.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations and adjustments must be made no less than 14 days prior to the set up/delivery date of your event without ramifications. If adjustments are made and/or canceled Tents & Events will maintain the 50% deposit of those items previously reserved and paid.
